KPI activity
The KPI activity cannot be created manually. This type of activity is created when a KPI's targets are modified and the changes result in updates to a user's KPI state. For example, when we decrease a KPI's targets and due to that a user moves from KPI uncompleted to KPI completed. The system will automatically trigger this activity to keep track of the change and any resulting points or rewards.
When KPI activities occur
KPI activities are generated in the following scenarios:
- A KPI target is lowered, causing users to achieve completion
- KPI measurement periods are adjusted, affecting user completion status
- The system reprocesses KPI achievements due to data corrections
These activities provide an audit trail of system-generated changes to user KPI status.
