Personal settings
The Personal page lets you manage your own administrator profile. Reach it from Account → Settings → Personal.
Identification
The identification section is where you set how you appear to other administrators across the platform.
- Full name: shown next to your activity throughout the dashboard. Letters, spaces, apostrophes, hyphens and dots are allowed.
- Email: used for system notifications and password resets when you authenticate via the Mambo internal directory.
Authentication
The authentication section appears only when your account uses the Mambo internal directory (database authentication). If you sign in via SSO (LDAP, SAML, Google, Azure or Auth0), this section is hidden because your password is managed by your identity provider.
When visible, you can set a new password. The form shows a strength indicator and enforces the following rules:
- 8 to 45 characters
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one digit
- At least one special character
A confirm-password field guards against typos. Leave both password fields empty to keep your existing password unchanged.
