Core responsibilities​

Game mechanics and engagement​

  • Design and implement engagement strategies using points, achievements, and rewards
  • Configure game elements to align with business objectives
  • Fine-tune mechanics based on user behaviour and performance

User engagement and analytics​

  • Monitor user progress and engagement metrics
  • Analyse performance data to optimise engagement strategies
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across different user segments

Technical configuration​

  • Set up and customise Mambo widgets for seamless user experience
  • Manage configuration across multiple sites and environments
  • Configure basic integration settings including API keys and authentication

Administrative duties​

  • Create and manage administrator accounts with appropriate permissions
  • Handle user management and access control
  • Maintain system configuration and settings

Technical prerequisites​

The administrator should have working knowledge of:

Web development​

  • HTML for structure and content
  • CSS for styling and customisation
  • JavaScript for interactive features and functionality

System integration​

  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and their implementation
  • Experience with data exchange between software systems
  • Familiarity with common authentication methods and security practices
