Core responsibilities
Game mechanics and engagement

- Fine-tune mechanics based on user behaviour and performance
User engagement and analytics
- Monitor user progress and engagement metrics
- Analyse performance data to optimise engagement strategies
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across different user segments
Technical configuration
- Set up and customise Mambo widgets for seamless user experience
- Manage configuration across multiple sites and environments
- Configure basic integration settings including API keys and authentication
Administrative duties
- Create and manage administrator accounts with appropriate permissions
- Handle user management and access control
- Maintain system configuration and settings
Helpful technical knowledge
Technical skills are not required to use Mambo, but administrators can get more out of the platform if they are familiar with the following areas:
