User details page

The user details page provides a comprehensive view of an individual user's profile, activities, and progress within your gamification system. Access this page by clicking the View option under Actions in the user management table.

Overview​

The detailed view displays the user's profile picture, UUID, full name, email and tags. You can also quickly see their most recent reward and current level.

Available actions​

From the user details page, you can perform the following actions:

  • Create activities: Manually create activities for the user.
  • Update user: Edit the user's personal data and information.
  • Open portal: Load the user portal in a new browser tab.
  • Blacklist: Block the user from earning any rewards when activities are created. Blacklisted users appear highlighted in red in the user table.
  • Reset: Reset the user's state to the beginning, removing their progress. This is an important part of the testing process.
  • Delete: Permanently remove the user from the system. This action cannot be reversed.

Detailed information​

The user details page provides several sections with in-depth information:

Activities​

This section contains all the activities the user has performed. The activities table shows comprehensive details about each activity.

You can:

  • Manage which columns appear using the columns filter in the top right-hand corner
  • Apply filters to find specific activities

The activities filters work similarly to the user table filtering—they match activities with any value in a single filter or activities that match at least one value from each filter when multiple filters are used.

KPIs​

This section displays all the KPIs assigned to the user. The KPI table includes a date filter that allows you to select which time period targets you wish to view (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly).

Points​

This section shows all the points earned by the user. The table provides summary information about points earned, spent, expired, and redeemed.

Rewards​

This section contains all the rewards available to the user. The table shows all rewards that are:

  • Completed
  • In progress
  • Available

Each reward displays the progress made for each required criterion.

Coupons​

This section shows the coupons earned or purchased by the user. It provides a summary of:

  • When coupons were earned
  • When they were redeemed
  • For purchased coupons, how many points were spent
